FIPHD Inspection Database

Client

The Ford-Iroqious Health Department needed to update an older inspection database into a more modern application. The application needed to keep track of a data using a highly complex set of rules and criteria to automatically rate and categorize clientele.

Solution

We built this internal web application from the ground up to allow staff to enter and track inspection data, automatically print State reports and Permits and to keep a log of historical data with a powerful search and filtering system to find clientele based on certain criteria.

Staff can search for establishements using keyword or filtered searches.

Each establishment has an overview page to quickly change or view pertinent data and Active or Cancel permits.

Each establishment has a history of inspections and all the data is captured and logged for each inspection using a user-friendly web interface.

The Health Department still requires a paper trail for their work so we made use of powerul PDF generation tools to quickly and easily print all kinds of pre-filled forms and reports .

Reporting requirements from the State can be complex. We automated the process by creating the necessary reports at the click of a button.
