Client

Maxwire is a rural internet service provider, providing wireless internet access to both commericial and residential clients.

Solution

Maxwire needed a more integrated solution for managing their customers and installation requests. We developed a secure web-based intranet solution that would allow management to manage the client database from any computer in the office.

The interface allows for clients to be moved from several different stages of workflow for both installation and de-installation of hardware. A dashboard page shows were each customer is at in the installation process, allowing staff to quickly determine next steps required in the process. A simple search feature was implemented to quickly find clients by customer name, business name or IP address of their hardware.
