Ohio Property Inspections is a home inspection leader in southwestern Ohio. They wanted not only a new design for their site, but also some online tools to increase communication and productivity among their inspectors.

Solution

We created a design to with some light use of Flash technology to convey to potential clients the wide array of services that OPiS offers.

On the backend we developed an office management system that allows OPiS to add new offices or inspectors in a matter of minutes. Here is a list of features:

• Report management: Inspectors can upload and email reports to clients. Clients may also download their electronic report from the website by providing a private pin number.
• Office management: Each office is indepentently operated so owners need to be able to manage the information on their office pages including their contact information, services offered, and any additional information such as special certifications.
• Online Payments: Clients may now pay for their inspections online. Each OPiS office can setup their own merchant account, type their account info into their office management area and online payments are immediately activated for that office.
• Contact Forms: Each office has its own contact form that clients may use to contact the office by email. We use contact forms instead of displaying emails in order to reduce spam.
• Inspectors Forum: A private inspector's only section where inspectors can communicate with each other by posting messages and comments. The home office can also use this media to communicate news and announcements to all their associates.
