Solution

Brian Crouch of Skooks Kart was looking for an online solution to manage his current clients and a systematic way to follow up on sales leads.

We created an online solution that included a public inquiry page for photographers interested in the products. Their inquiries where added to a database of sales leads that could be managed on a secure backend system. Additional features included:

• Customer dashboard showing clients grouped by their status in the sales process.
• Sending HTML emails to both potential clients and current clients. The administrator can create their own custom email or choose from a series of email templates.
• Sales leads can be easily inserted into the customer management database
• Registered customers can download the product package and upgrades
• All communication and customer activity is logged to a system file
